I have been going to Franchise for a long time. Their food is always done well and flavorful. Last night, we had the 3 hamburger special and I have to say it was the best I have had in a long time. Our server was an absolute angel. She was pleasant and a lot of fun. I would like to shout out to Haley for treating us so kindly and special. Great job!

Went on a Monday for 5 pizza. Asked for extra sauce on our pizza, not to sure if the cook's idea of extra sauce was the same as ours. Pizza was still good. Servers were super busy but got our drinks quickly.

The pizza is great as well as the rest of the food. Good daily specials with a nice variety of options. Inside is nicer than it looks on the outside with an updated interior and kept clean. Could use some more wait staff at dinner time though but the servers were friendly and hustling.

Halle was our server/bartender. We had the 3 Tuesday hamburgers. They are delicious and bigger than I needed but I forced myself to eat it all. I prefer the chips rather than the French Fries. She ordered the fries and wasn't crispy enough for her but she is a princess too, kinda particular. She loved the burger though.

My family loves going here. The food and the service are both very good. They get very busy and, you might have a bit of a wait at times but it isn’t because they are not working. They just get that busy. The servers are always very polite and efficient. Up to you. You can spend 40.00 on fast food or get better quality food and more of it here for the same price or less.

Giving this place 5 stars because our waitress, Trinity, was excellent! The Bloody Mary's were delicious and so was my Caesar salad. Will definitely be back.

Franchise is an awesome spot. My server Laney Scott was very excited. She worked so hard on such a busy night. She’s amazing and made sure we were taken care of while handling many other tables. I highly recommend this place for really good food, they have daily specials that are really amazing. Such great hard working servers.

Came in from our of state and we very surprised about how great the food was. Amazing huge burgers, very tasty wings and the kids loved their food too. Great service from Madison too. Thank y'all so much.
